FLASH Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), Montgomery County’s new transit option (coming in 2020), is the first of its kind in Maryland. Clark Concepts developed a comprehensive marketing, educational and outreach plan to inform the public about this new service and the benefits it’ll bring to the area.
