Pam Clark founded Clark Concepts in December 1997 and has since established the company as a leader in design, marketing, and communications. With over 34 years of experience, she has developed and implemented strategic solutions for a wide range of industries, with a particularly strong standing in the transit sector.

Pam is dedicated to delivering top-quality service and results, earning long-term client loyalty through her expertise and commitment to excellence. She plays a hands-on role in managing projects, shaping marketing campaigns, overseeing communications and outreach, and driving creative design production—all with a focus on helping clients achieve their goals.

Pam’s background is in design and marketing. She has a B.A. in Visual and Performing Arts, Imaging and Digital Arts Concentration, from The University of Maryland Baltimore County, and an M.A. in Liberal Arts, Communications Design Concentration, from the University of Baltimore.
