In partnership with Maier & Warner, we developed a new branding concept to elevate Silverstone Watermark Retirement Properties’ distinction as the gold standard in delivering high-end senior living communities in the DC Metro area.

With the creation of the Élite Collection, we provided our client with engaging design concepts that shape a new vision of assisted living.

Our first task was to strengthen the logo and build out a color pallet for each community.
Next, we wrote an in-depth brand guide for the collection to provide direction for our designers in their art the communities.

Finally, we tied all these efforts together to establish design consistency across each of the communities.
